Our spun honey is intended to be a creamy consistency. Just like any honey that crystallizes, heat will bring the honey back to its original state. The same goes for our spun honeys. During these times of extremely high temperatures, please be aware that by purchasing any of our spun honeys you are taking the risk of the product getting too warm during shipping and the honey may not be the consistency explained or desired. There will be no refunds on spun honey damaged due to heat. If it arrives soft, stir it and place it in the refrigerator for about a week.
